Terms of Sales

Article 1 - Preamble

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between MYKNIVES, whose head office is located at 8 allée Sainte Barbe, 05100 Villar St Pancrace, France, registered with the Gap RCS under number 790 209 845, represented by Simon Brum, here -hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.myknives.eu , hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

Article 2 - Products

The products offered for sale by MYKNIVES are high quality knives. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description allowing the Customer to know the essential characteristics before placing an order.

Article 3 - Price

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force indicated at the time of the order.

Article 4 - Order

The ordering process includes the following steps:

1. Selection of products and addition to basket;
2. Basket validation and item verification;
3. Identification of the Customer or creation of an account;
4. Choice of delivery method;
5. Choice of payment method and validation of the order.

Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment for orders is made online by credit card. The Seller guarantees the security of transactions.

Article 6 - Delivery

The ordered products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process. Delivery times are specified when confirming the order.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, except for personalized products, in accordance with article 12.

Article 8 - Guarantee

The products sold by MYKNIVES benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Article 9 - Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products sold.

Article 10 - Personal data

The information collected during the order is necessary for managing the transaction and is subject to computer processing. The Customer can consult and modify his data in his personal space.

Article 11 - Disputes

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Article 12 - Sale of Personalized Objects

For personalized products, such as knives engraved or modified according to the Customer's preferences, MYKNIVES undertakes to provide a product conforming to the indications specified by the Customer when ordering. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided for personalization.

In the event of an error attributable to MYKNIVES in the personalization of the products, the Customer is invited to contact customer service as soon as possible. MYKNIVES undertakes to remedy any personalization error as quickly as possible, by offering, at the Customer's choice, a correction of the product, a partial or total refund, or a credit.

The right of withdrawal as stipulated in article 7 does not apply to personalized products, except in the event of lack of conformity or hidden defect.

Article 13 - Sale to Minors

The sale of knives by MYKNIVES is intended exclusively for adults in accordance with current legislation. By placing an order on the site www.myknives.eu , the Customer certifies that he is an adult within the meaning of the law and that he is fully authorized to carry out transactions.

MYKNIVES reserves the right to request any additional information or justification necessary to verify the Customer's age. In case of doubt about the majority of the Customer, MYKNIVES also reserves the right to refuse the sale.

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that any improper use of the products by minors is his sole responsibility, and he undertakes to take all necessary measures to prevent minors from accessing these products.
